The Great Jazz Party

The annual Great Jazz Party turned out to be a success as usual.

I always enjoy playing with a good big band. And the Ulf Johanson Werre Big Band Explosion is without doubt one of the best. My friend Ulfie and drummer Mats Engström have always done remarkably well with their annual jazz party in Uppsala and this edition was no exception. Vocalists Roger Pontare and Vivian Buczek were in top shape and I truly enjoyed the occasion.
